Neuer Agent für Antwortversand

Hi Freaks!

Folgendes Problem: Habe ein Formular erstellt, das durch Betätigen einer Schaltfläche über eine einfache Aktion mit Hilfe von "Kopie der Mail anfügen" verschickt wird.

Nun soll nach Eingang dieser Mail bei der zuständigen Stelle ein Agent eingerichtet werden, der eine Bestätigungsnachricht versendet (Bsp. Wir haben Ihre Anforderung erhalten... blablabla). Habe zwar schon einiges ausprobiert, der Agent tritt trotzdem nich in Kraft. Was mach ich falsch? Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Hast Du den folgenden Agenten genommen? Dieser funktioniert prima. Hab ihn nach dem 11. September für eine Spendenmailin Datenbank bei unserer Tochtergesellschaft in den USA eingesetzt. Hatte also ziehmlich zutun das Ding.

Sample agent: Replying to mail  

You have created a database that collects employee responses to a survey about the company benefits package. You want to automatically send a "Thank You" reply to anyone who responds.
 1.      Select the database and choose Create - Agent.
 2.      Make these selections to create the agent:
Name: "Send Thank You"
When should this agent run: "If New Mail Has Arrived"
 3.      Run: Simple Action(s)
 4.      Add Action:
Action: "Reply To Sender."
Click "Reply To Sender Only."
Body: "Thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey. We will distribute the results as soon as they are ready.
Click OK.
 5.      Press ESC, then "Yes" in the dialog box to save the agent.
