HAllo Leute,

vielleicht könnt Ihr mir helfen. Da unsere Zertifizeirzeit für die ID Files der User läuft bald aus. Jetzt habe ich bei allen Usern über den Administrator alle Zertifikate verlängert. Bei zwei Usern hat es aber nicht funktioniert. Hier bekonmmt der User immer die Fehlermeldung: "Error updating local ID file. Internal error : a required parameter in a subroutine call has not been supplied."

Was mache ich falsch?

Hier die Lösung:


"Error Updating Local ID File:...A Required Parameter in a Subroutine Call Has Not Been Supplied"

Problem:

You are running a Notes 5.0.4 client and the following error occurs when attempting to authenticate with a server:

"Error updating local ID file: Internal error: a required parameter in a subroutine call has not been supplied."

If you click OK, you are able to access the server (as long as your certificates are correct).

Your ID has recently been recertified by the Administration Process (AdminP).  This issue does not occur on releases of Notes prior to 5.0.4.

Solution:

This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in Domino Release 5.0.4a.

Security
SPR# NDUZ4KTTHW - Fixes "Error updating local ID file: Internal Error: a required parameter in a subroutine call has not been supplied" problem when a person who has been recertified authenticates with a server.

Supporting Information:

To work around this issue, the user can have their ID updated from any client running a release of Notes prior to 5.0.4.

so etwas habe ich mir schon gedacht. Da es sich aber bei dem USer um eine VIP-Person handelt und ich niean die Maschine ran durfte wird es wohl jetzt soweit sein.

Ich muß hier auch nochmal erwähnen, daß dieses Forum bis jetzt das beste ist, welches ich im Internet gefunden habe.
