Problem:
When sending a doclink from a Notes mail file to another mail file in the same Notes Named Network (NNN), the recipient's mail looks like this:
(Document link: ) 2. Pending Approval 07/06/2000 Tom Jones
It should look like this:
<< External Link Removed >> 2. Pending Approval 07/06/2000 Tom Jones
Solution:
If there is no SMTP routing involved, look at the recipient's Person document for their message preference (in the "Format preference for incoming mail" field). The "Prefers MIME" option will cause this to occur. Change it to "Prefers Notes Rich Text" or "No Preference". Check both the replica on the home server and the replica on the sender's server, as this could occur at submit time or delivery time.
