JVM startet nicht

Hi Axel,

gut zu wissen, dann kann ich die Servlet-Geschichte wohl wieder deaktivieren. Das war das einzige, was ich in der Admin-Hilfe finden konnte.

Aber die JVM hängt doch irgendwie am HTTP-Task, oder ?

Die INI hab ich mir auch mal angesehen, ich kann aber nichts finden, was auf den HTTP und/oder die JVM hinweist (außer natürlich der Eintrag HTTP unter ServerTasks).

Hast Du da noch nen Tip oder kennst die INI-Variable ?

Problem
 When the HTTP task loads, the following message displays on the server console:

JVM: The JVM runtime library could not be found.
JVM: Java Virtual Machine failed to start
AMgr: Problem initializing Executive '1': JVM: Java Virtual Machine failed to start



Solution
In most cases, this message occurs when then the 5769JV1 product has not been installed.  You should verify its installation by using the DSPSFWRSC command.  This command will confirm its proper installation, as shown below, with an entry for 57xxJV1, the AS/400 Developer Kit for Java.  Domino R5 requires JDK 1.1.x installed.  When viewing the installed options you want to verify that both the 57xxJV1 base and the JDK 1.1.x options are installed

Note:  for OS/400 Release V4R4M0 or V4R5M0 you should see 5769JV1 and for OS/400 V5R1M0 and V5R2M0 you should see 5722JV1.

Hi,

das werde ich morgen mal checken. Ist auf jeden Fall nen guter Hinweis, denn ich könnte mir schon vorstellen, daß das "AS/400 Developer Kit for Java" nicht mitinstalliert wurde.

nö. Warum  ???

Sorry, vielleicht falsch ausgedrückt. Ich meinte, die JVM wird doch mit dem HTTP zusammen gestartet. Also es ist keine eigene Task, die ich über die INI mitstarten kann.
