BUG oder FEATURE ? wiederholende Termine

Ich brauche mal jemanden, der das in R5 mal nachvollzieht:

Neuen termin erstellen
Typ: Ganztägige Veranstaltung
Datum 11.08.2003
wiederholend für 15 Tage
Wenn Termin auf Wochenende fällt, auf Montag verschieben.

Ich würde jetzt erwarten, das Notes die termine bis einschließlich 29.08.2003 einträgt; ich bin auch der festen Überzeugung, daß das in R5 noch so war.

In R6 macht er aus den 15 Tagen nur 11 Einträge; die Wochenenden werden einfach rausgeschnitten.

habe es gerade unter R5 (Server 5.09a, eng. Sun Solaris Intel, Client 5.011) so gemacht, wie du es beschrieben hast. Er trägt die Termine bis einschließlich 25.08. ein.und nicht bis zum 29.08. es fehlen also die 4 Wochenend Tage!

Unter R6 ist es bei mir genauso. Server 6.02 CF1 on SLES 8.0, Client 6.02 CF1 on Win XP Pro SP1

Wenn du den 29.08.2003 als Endtermin einträgst, lauft das mit den WE einwandfrei.

scheint mir ein bug zu sein, da eigentlich keine Logik dahinter steht. der bug muss dann schon in der 5er version vorhanden sein. vielleicht hat ja jemand die lösung dazu!

(seit 12.2001 und es hat sich offenbar noch nix getan)
Das das in R6 auch nicht geht, ist ein Skandal!

Incomplete Number of Repeat Instances Created in Calendar if Repeat Calendar Entry Spans a Weekend

Problem:

You create a repeating meeting invitation (or another Calendar entry type) that repeats Daily for a certain number of days.  Because of the day you start the repeat meeting, the meeting instances span a weekend (for example, for a 5-day repeating meeting, the first instance occurs on a Thursday, which means that some of the instances occur on the weekend).  In the Repeat Options dialog box, you select to move the repeat instances that occur on the weekend to Monday or the next weekday.  After saving the invitation, you notice that not all of the repeat instances were created in the Calendar.

Solution:

This issue has been reported to Lotus Quality Engineering.

A workaround is to create 2 separate repeating meetings: one before the weekend and one after the weekend.

Steps To Reproduce Problem:

1.   Create a repeat meeting invitation or appointment starting on a Thursday.
2.   In the Repeat Options dialog box, select Daily for 5 Days.
3.   For the option, 'If the Date Occurs on a Weekend', select "Move to Monday" or "Move to Nearest Weekday".
4.   Save the meeting/appointment.

Check the Calendar.  You expect to see the repeat instances on Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  However, the meeting instances occur only on Thursday, Friday, and Monday.  No instances of the meeting appear after Monday.

Das mit dem Datum ist echt der Hammer!

Am besten ist, man programmiert alles selbst. Wahrscheinlich blickt bei Lotus/IBM sowieso keiner mehr durch die Programmierung der Maildatenbank.

Ich habe es gerade mal mit der R4 Schablone probiert: Da werden zwar mehr Dokument erzeugt, dafür aber am Montag doppelt. Ist auch nicht gerade im Sinne des Erfinders denke ich.
